Les actions permettant de r\u00e9aliser un bilan de comp\u00e9tences ont pour objet de permettre \u00e0 des travailleurs d’analyser leurs comp\u00e9tences professionnelles et personnelles ainsi que leurs aptitudes et leurs motivations afin de d\u00e9finir un projet professionnel et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, un
projet de formation (Art. L. 6313-4 CT).<\/li>\n\n
